Instrument story history

Basically an area when the owner can add details about the history with the instrument. For example: I own a J&D Luthiers SG that I bought when I was 16 and have owned it ever since. It was used a lot when I first started learning heavier guitar parts. It was my first electric guitar. It has a unique tone and I always come up with something interesting with it. The only modifications it has had was the bridge pickup. The bridge pickup sounded weak compared to the neck pickup so I bought a pickup from a guy on eBay. He said it was from a Flying V from the 70s. It was definitely hotter sounding than the stock pickup from J&D. Gave it an edge.

Adding stories like this to the instrument are a way of capturing the narrative or journey of the instrument. Can add intrinsic value to the instrument and can also show a history of musicians that owned it and played it.
