Multi-language feedback & translation

Enable customers to submit feedback in their native language and automatically translate it for admins so teams can read, filter, and act on feedback from a global user base without language barriers. This should support multiple interface languages for the feedback portal itself and provide on-demand or automatic translation of feedback content so insights can be compared and reported in a single primary language.
